Cape santé: pan-fried scallops in sweet potato pure, crispy pancetta and mint sauce

Fiore di zucchini: buttered courgette flower stuffed with ricotta and chives

Crostini di salmone: toasted bread with salmon, olives, garlic, cream and tomato sauce

Asparagi e prosciutto: pan fried asparagus wrapped with Parma on a lemon sauce

Costtoleta di maiale: grilled pork chop chestnut liquor, plum and ? served with potatoes and vegetables

Arragosta: whole fresh lobster served with baby prawns, squid, mussels, garlic, chili and white wine tagliatele

Filleto: grilled fillet steak with potatoes and vegetables choose from pepper corn or mushrooms or gorgonzola cheese sauce
